I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t accept insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, I can often submit claims to your insurance on your behalf, so you may be reimbursed for part of the fee.

My fee is $250 for a 50-minute session. I reserve a limited number of spots for sliding-scale therapy, which I offer based on financial need. Feel free to reach out to inquire about current availability.

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help us get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. There's no pressure to commit—we’ll just talk through what you’re looking for and what I can offer.

I offer in-person therapy sessions in Downtown Manhattan and online therapy to anyone residing in New York State. This includes clients in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, upstate, and beyond.

I have a particular focus on climate-related mental health, maternal mental health, and supporting individuals in high-pressure careers like startups and entrepreneurship.
